Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and WhatsApp number.
• Service details: your car make, model, year, registration or VIN, battery photos, and the location where you need us (including live location pins you share).
• Payment records: the amount, method (card, cash, Tabby or Tamara) and invoice. Card details are handled by the payment terminal or provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and the ad or search that brought you to the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To quote, dispatch a technician, carry out the job and issue your invoice and warranty.
• To honour warranty claims and follow up on the service.
• To improve the website and measure which pages and ads lead to calls and WhatsApp messages.
• To show you relevant ads on Google and other platforms if you have visited the site (remarketing). You can opt out at any time, as explained below.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, Google Ads and analytics

• We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing. These services use cookies to record visits and actions such as tapping the call or WhatsApp button, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
• The coverage map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers receive your IP address when the content loads.

Who we share it with

• Our technicians and partner workshops, only as needed to do the job you asked for.
• Payment and instalment providers (card processors, Tabby, Tamara) to take payment.
• Battery distributors, when processing a warranty claim on your behalf.
• Service providers that host our website, messaging and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Invoices and warranty records are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires, and at least until your warranty ends.

WhatsApp conversations and location pins are kept for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-ups and warranty claims, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop using it for marketing.
